What a half day with John or Jack looks like, start to finish.

Meet at the dock
Meet John at 11833 Overseas Highway, Marathon, at your trip's start time — 6:00 AM for morning tarpon, 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM for a half day.
The bait is already in the well
Live bait is loaded before you arrive and the rods, reels and lures are aboard. Your fishing licences are covered.
Fish where it is biting
Snapper, mackerel, sharks, and tarpon in season — the captain moves spot to spot until he finds them.
Fillets at the dock
Keeper fish are cleaned and filleted when you get back. Guests often take theirs to a restaurant nearby to have it cooked.
